Air filter solutions for demanding tasks
Dedicated research, innovative development and uncompromising quality control – with these objectives in mind, the Camfil Group develops and distributes pioneering product solutions for air filter systems and cleanroom technology.
The German subsidiary Camfil GmbH, with headquarters in Reinfeld, was established in 1966. Since then, the Holstein-based company with the high-revenue air filter market in Germany has played a key role in the leading international position of the parent group: The global player based in Stockholm, Sweden, is characterized by its own product development and manufacturing at 33 sites and a tightknit sales network across all continents. The areas of use for the various coarse dust, fine dust, particle and molecular filters plus accessories include the food and pharmaceutical industry, clinics and hospitals, airports, automotive manufacturers, museums, hotels, schools, offices and department stores.
The product portfolio includes standard pocket filters for air-conditioning and ventilation technology, activated carbon filters for the separation of gaseous substances, highly specialized HEPA filters for applications that are extremely sensitive to air contaminants, and numerous filter housing variants. In addition, we offer our customers special extraction solutions for industrial manufacturing and packaging processes in the pharmaceutical industry, where the focus is on safe and contamination-free handling of hazardous and combustible dusts.
