Data Protection Declaration
Supplement of the statutes of the association Interessengemeinschaft Pharmabau VIP 3000 e.V. with the data protection declaration in implementation of the Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO) and Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) § 16 Data protection in the association 1) In order to fulfil the purposes and tasks of the association Interessengemeinschaft Pharmabau VIP 3000 e.V. and in compliance with the legal requirements of the DSGVO and BDSG, personal data relating to the personal and material circumstances of members and interested parties in the association will be used, stored, transmitted and changed. 2) All members of the association have the right to: a) Information about the data stored about their person; b) Correction of the data stored about their person, if such data is incorrect; c) Blocking of the data stored about their person if neither the correctness nor the inaccuracy can be determined in the case of alleged errors; d) Deletion of the data stored about their person if the storage was inadmissible; e) Deletion after leaving the association; 3) Within the framework of membership administration, the following data is collected from members / interested parties: Name, first name, title, date of birth, telephone and fax number, e-mail address, residential address, employment in the company, function in the company, function in the association. The data will only be used and passed on within the association. The e-mails of prospective customers are taken up only in a hidden distributor in order to avoid distributing the mail addresses unnecessarily. The association shall publish data of its members on the homepage, association magazine, association newsletter and in e-mail traffic, e.g. for invitations to the general meeting, symposia, association information, technical information etc., only if the general meeting has passed a corresponding resolution and the member has not objected. 4) The organs of the association, all employees or other persons working for the association are prohibited from unauthorised processing, disclosing, making available to third parties or otherwise using personal data for purposes other than the respective fulfilment of their duties. This obligation also applies beyond the departure of the above-mentioned persons from the association. 5) Data protection officera) In order to monitor the implementation of and compliance with the requirements of the DSGVO, a data protection officer will be established in the Administrative Board. § 16 of the statutes will be announced and adopted at the next general meeting on 15.11.2018.
